My brother has an offroad Bassani X-pipe with 40 serires flows welded in the stock catback on his 99GT. In both our opinions the car is way too loud. When you jump on it, you can hear it from a half mile away. Plus, with the flows, the drone is so rediculous that if you drive with the windows up, your head hurts after 5 minutes. I had the same setup on my old 5.0, and it wasn't nearly as obnoxious. He's planning on a catback with different mufflers. But if that doesn't help with the drone, he's buying a catted X-pipe.
