Brass radiators actually cool better.
You bring up a good point about making sure it's installed correctly, and I agree he may have multiple problems, but I'm convinced his fan is the problem this time. BTW, you should never have your fan on while on the highway. At speeds above 15 mph, the fan is just for decoration. ![]()
