bill the reason I say I dont think it can be done cause he is talking smog legal in cali where they cant have long tube headers and if the car comes with 4 cats then you have to have 4 cats and they have to have a sticker for every aftermarket part on the car saying that it is smog legal

and on the sniffer I dont think cams or other mods that are out right now would pass

now if we were talking 11s smog legal with a power adder then yes it can be done
