I agree with Dark. For 4K you can blow a GT-40 crate motor out of the water.
And a 306 isn't a stroker motor. It's just a 302 bored .030. With some AFR heads and a Edelbrock Perfromer RPM II intake along with the correct cam, you should be able to run down into the low low 12's. -Josh, aka the tireburner
