285's would fit nicely on a 9.5" rim, maybe even 295's if you want the extra meat look in the back. I wouldnt go more than about a 255 up front, but that would look silly on a 9.5" rim. You might have clearence issues in the front when turning sharply. There may be something you can do to the front to rectify this, but, I couldnt begin to tell you what.
