I know the S-trim is built better and is capable of much more boost. The extra $1100 is what is pushing me toward the A-trim. I agree about the S-trim, but I'm not really concerned about getting that extra 1/2-to-3/4 second in 1/4 right now.I'm wanting a car that will be fun to drive, have the sc sound, and give me that little extra boost that I've never had. It's hard enough to talk yourself into dropping $1900 on a sc, much less $3k. Bottom line is money. My main question I've been asking myself is would I be happier with the A-trim on my car wishing I had an S-trim. Or with nothing on my car saving up for another year or 2 for an S-trim,(which when it comes down to it, my wife would kill me when she sees the $3k on the credit card bill!) She's ok with the $1900 for now.
