I'm not sure where the fuel is leaking to but I have to assume it's going down into the manifold because the car is flooding out. The bubble comes from under the float so I doubt it's the needle/seat. I vacuum tested the power valve and it seemed fine so I thought that wasn't the issue. The bowl only has about 1/2 inch of fuel left in it after sitting for a few days. The float appears to be in good consdition...it's floating at least and the float level looks ok.
