Don't go to a 65mm TB until you upgrade the intake. You can get that 87+ intake for cheap off ebay and if you then port the lower stock intake, it will work very well up to about 260RWHP. Check the link in my signature for more info on that. If you have the money now, shop for a good used intake, an Explorer (same as Cobra) can be bought for $200-250 off ebay and used as-is for your car now, then later you can port the Explorer lower and support up to about 325RWHP with it. Performers will cost more than the Ford stuff generally, but it's a good intake.
