![]() Try a 3000 stall lockup. You'll appreciate the feeling of having 50 extra ft.lbs of tourque all of a sudden but it will lock up on the highway and you wont burn much more gas. I reccomend the tci street fighter and a hardened lockup shaft.
Go to your throttle body where the throttle cable attaches. If you see only one cable, you have an AODE, if you see two, you have an AOD. The AODE uses an electronic control to determine line pressures and shift points, the aod uses a nice simple adjustable cable. You can tell which one I like!
