I dont understand it either!!
I guess people just throw on everything and hope for the best when smog time comes... either that or they tear it all down and put the stock stuff back on... Which is to much work here, because my city requires smog EVERY year with registration ![]() But anyhow, I've heard that these mod motors will still pass the sniffer out here even with cams... but I dont wanna take the chance... any decent mechanic/smog tech would know right away by the sound!
