I have the same similar problem with my 03 GT. My drivers side window whistles when I'm on the highway. I'm thinking that it may be a weatherstripping problem. Any ideas? Also when I crack the window I almost hear a rattling sound when I hit a bump. Kind of like a squeak. Its an 03 coupe.
