Okay the Lightning Audio is made by Rockford Fosgate who also make the popular line called Punch, but the watts rating on the 10" subs are I believe 400 max 200 rms, the amp is rated I think at 150.2 and 300 watts max 200 rms. I can tell you that I have hooked up this system for a few different cars now and have had no complaints. I also thought they sound very nice and clean great buy for the dollar.
