That screen,... you can find at a local bone yard or call like a Mustang Parts Specialities, Mustang Restorations, etc. Don't forget....don't just put a breather on the PCV Valve because that won't do you any good. Either it needs to be fully vented ( no pcv valve) or keep the PCV valve and hook it up to a vacuum source.

The screw in breather ... would be the one that would replace the "stock factory fill cap" on the passanger side valve cover. You just remove the cap and replace it with the K&N breather. Then put a vacuum plug over the nipple on the valve cover (just below the fill cap) where the plastic tube goes to the throttle body. Don't forget to plug the nipple on the throttle body as well with another vacuum plug. Don't take this as an insult by any means....I just want to make sure we are on the same page.
