My friend has an 85 coupe, 302, victor jr. 650 holley dp, it is awesome, and he drove it daily, until it went in the shop for a 347 and trickflow heads, only problem was his cam and pullies would drain the battery if he let it idle too long, but his cam was severely lopey, he ran 108 mph traps with stock ported e7's, id say it had enough low end to drive around the street, we call him the "ls1 punisher" cuz he walks away from every one he has raced, including ones with squeeze he sprayed a 150 shot, now gonna run 347 no nos.
