![]() An aftermarket intake won't help much if you are running the stock heads. The stock cam will work fine in your combo, and using it not a bad idea.
Your best bet would be to modify a stock intake (87-93 HO intake). Porting the lower is easy, just takes lots of time. You can extrude hone the upper, or cut it in half, do you porting and weld it back together (dress the welds and repaint/polish the whole intake). Adding an "under the intake" direct port nitrous setup wouldn't hurt either....
