When's the last time that you replaced the oxygen sensors? Do you have catalytic converters? EGR valve? What about a tune up? What type of gasoline are you using? What part of the test did you actually fail and by how much? What do they test for in Saudi Arabia?
Running leaner would help with HC but hurt NOx emissions. Advancing timing helps with NOx, but would hurt HC emissions. What you do to fix your problem all depends on what failed. ------------------ 351W 89 Mustang GT Convertible |
