88, I sorta know how you feel since I am like the family's tech support and they all have computers.
ADVISORY: Keep your backups up to date!!!! This should be no problem, being most everyone has a cd burner (thanks to dell) and knows how to use it. I could go on and on here. Sure you agree with me on that, 88.
