You can enter from anywhere. All proceeds go to the East Texas Crisis Center www.etcc.org. You can mail me a self addressed stamped envelope with a check or money order for $5 a ticket, made out to the East Texas Crisis Center, along with your name, address, and phone number. I will fill out the ticket and mail you the claim stub. Mail to Harold Phillips, 729 Joel Dr., Tyler, TX 75703.
The East Texas Crisis Center runs a shelter for battered women, a 24 hour hotline, and provide assistance and education for women who are victims of rape or family violence. They are a great organization and they help women and children all over East Texas. Thank you!
