Your compression is pretty low, but it's consistant. Could be a sloppy timing chain. The waivering vacuum gauge is because the mixture is so bad, but it's still pretty low. What is your ignition timing set to? As far as your stripped bolt, they can be replaced. You really should fix it. Try doing the things I described above, and tell me what happens.
