A 12 sec motor is easy. At this point in your cars life, it is more your set up than your motor. What is your current set up?
1. tires 2. suspension 3. motor 4. exhast 5. weight 6. accesories, power steering and such..... 7. Tranny, clutch, convertor...... 8. Your plans. long and short term....
