Andy, I've been playing with the font sizing. It was bigger than the previous version and that's why it didn't fit as well. It looks much better now. However, eventually I will be redesigning the entire site design. When I do it will be going to full width. The navigation will be a bar at the top eliminating the side navbar. Also, the side tower and box ads will be replaced by inline box ads within the content.
Heth, the overhead avatars will soon be changed to be formatted the way vB2 did them on the side of each post. I don't like the overhead layout either. I'm working on everything... again, it'll take a few days to make all the tweaks and changes I want.
