They are one of the best cars for mods. Just open a summit or jegs catalog and they both have a section for mustangs. The 5.0 is very easy to build for the strip or auto cross. If at any time you have a question just ask. The guys here are great and can help with anything. The mustang with mods will go well past 100k no problem.
