![]() I guarantee you have a code stored in the EEC if it is doing what you say. It will probably be something along the lines of so and so actuator failed to open. Pull the battery cable and let it sit 10 minutes to clear the power to the KAM. While waiting, clean the idle and throttle body. When it happens again, pull the codes right away.
