Sure can! Especially if you got a crank from the 351 HO. They put those in trucks, and I've even seen a Bronco or 2 running around with that engine. Here's your casting number break down:
E 1980's decade
7 1987
a Post 1958 Engineering
e Engine Department
a Truck Division
a First run design change
