Yes stock for stock a SD car is a couple tenths quicker than a mass air car on the average.
I had SD for a long time I finaly made the switch to mass air last year and IMO Mass air is the way to go even though SD cars can be modded and fast. With my mods my car is 3 tenths faster with the mass air set-up. Not to mention my car pretty much maxes out 19# injectors and SD wont work with 24's so the SD had to go.
