New long block assemblies, built at Ford's Cleveland engine plant. It goes down the same production line as the 5.0L HO engines, and built with the same quality controls as new production engines. Valve diameters are 1.94 in. for the intake and 1.54 in. for the exhaust valves. Ford Racing high performance hydraulic roller camshafts provide significant horsepower increases above 4000 rpm yet maintains good low-end torque. Valve lift is .480 in. on both intake and exhaust. Duration is 224 degrees at .050 in. on both the intake and exhaust sides.
