![]() Wash them as far back as you can reach. Then get some OOOO steel wool and rub them down really good. You may need some wax and grease remover (enamel reducer, paint thinner) to clean any tar and road oil off. Then get some NevRDull, and pull off a piece of the cotton wadding and rub it in, don't just wipe it on, rub it good. Then take a clean towel and polish it. You will be amazed!
