If I were her brother I would be kicking myself in the ass right now. But Needle Bender is right, Its his accident, He should be taking responsibility for it! Why would he be making your mother pay for it. He better be glad she isnt my mom, he wouldnt have lived to make it home from the accident he would have been dead on the scene.
