I am pretty sure that all 87-89 gt's came with turbines and the v8 lx's came with the 10 holes.

The 90Gt was the last year for turbine wheels. I should know, I still sport those cheese graters on my ride!

Thanks for correcting me, I thought that 90 was the first year of the pony wheels.
