I can't say 100% sure but when I ran the electronics from the '98 and the '95 (just used the 80mm housing from the '98) the car ran fine and the voltage from the o2's were pig rich for both and that was before the KB SC. Saving for a tweecer and 42's so I can drop the FMU. I've heard 2 different stories: 1) tables are in the sensor & 2)they're in the ECU. If anything the car felt stronger w/ the '98 sensor and it was just as rich as the '95 electronics were now the sensor may not had been as dirty as the stock but still.
