![]() If you have seen CHROME valve covers for $150 let us all know where. That is a killer price and the cheapest I have ever heard of them.
I used mothers aluminum mag polish and hand rubbed but the more common way is to use tripoli followed by white rouge. Do a search on "Forced 347" and see if you find a guy with a red vert that is polished to the T. His site gives an overview of how to polish. Bob one more thing to note. Be careful of power tools, they gouge easily and leave you to do extra work getting them gouges out. [This message has been edited by 89LXNB (edited 01-25-2001).] |
