![]() When I had my engine work done I asked the guy at the machine shop what it would cost. He said bored and new pistons $425. or he would swap for my core for the same money. I had mine done, it was virgin and the other block was .60 over. They bored mine .30, it had 8 new pistons in it and a new cam, which we removed to put a better one in. The point is, check the machine shop and see what they have, it may be a good source.
