![]() Yes, you can upgrade to a dual piston PBR caliper that will fit the factory rotors. This can be ordered from Advanced Auto Parts even. Though, I will warn you; I ordered calipers through them in a last minute effort to get my car on the road and was not too pleased with the quality of the 'remanufactured' caliper. They are relatively inexpensive and can have the part within a day, but their quality control sucks ass. You may have to send a few back before you find any worth using.
