I bought it last weekend...GREAT GAME!
I just bought a Saleen S7 last night! Here's a tip on how to make quick cash. Go to SPECIAL CONDITION races and race the 2nd race, it's a rally race. After you win that, you will get a Toyota rally race car that's worth $265,000. Sell it, and keep repeating the process and watch the cash pile up! I bought a used Evo and gave it only a few mods to race that rally race. However, you will need to have the "IA" license to run those races.
