There's a little module under the dash. Should be right above your left foot. My guess is that the wire(s) broke/unplugged when you were under there installing the quadrant.
Rectangle shaped gray box, about 6" X 4" and about 1" thick. Should have 1 flat plug on it, I THINK there's 5 wires going to it. Good luck!
