If it's the same difference as a Chevy small block, up to 25 pounds per head. Big, big, big weight savings plus the HP increase. Personally, I don't think the back seat is heavy enough to warrant removing it and having an empty looking interior. Besides, you'd be better off leaving that weight toward the rear of the car and lightening up the front.
