![]() I have a carb spacer but it has an open plenum. I'm being told on a different board, that my engine is running strong after the 1/8 mile based on the track time I posted above.
What "should" my 60' be with slicks....1.7's?? I also need to figure out what my advance is in the dizzy and how much total advance I have in by 3000rpm I'm going to tune the dizzy and accelerator pump on the Carter and than see where I'm at and go from there. A friend of mine will be selling a weiand stealth intake and a Holley 750 soon and I'll try those then. The converter is going to have to wait until later.

![]() My set up went 12.93@105 with 1.74 60ft. I need to buy adjustable control arms so I can play with the pinion angle to keep the weight transferred to the rear wheels. My car would hook hard then 100ft out blow the tires off shift into second early everytime bogging the motor down. My head and intake are untouched. My cam is very small. I have 9:5:1 compression. With your combo you should be in the 12's. One thing I would change is that 625 carb.
