Yes, the engine will bolt up to the transmission. The gears in your car are prolly 3.08 or 2.73's.
There are other items involved in a 351W swap that you didnt mention. Flywheel or flexplate with the correct imbalance, oil pan, headers, etc... I assume you know all that stuff already. Andy
