I'm pretty confident that all 351w's are 28oz, regardless of the year.
Ford Racing Parts sells an oil pan swap kit (M-6675-A58). It comes with the pan, pickup, dipstick, dipstick tube, and main stud. The oil pans will not interchange between the 302 and 351 because the W has 3" mains, where the 302 has 2.248inch mains. Are you using a stick or automatic? Andy
