Cheap cold air kit crap?

I had one, it was ok. I took it off because the tube goe4s through the fenderwell and points straight down. My car is lowered and sometimes it gets driven in the rain and I worried about it sucking in water when we get one of our famous flash floods. I put my stock airbox with the K & N back on minus the air silencer tube, didn't really notice much difference.

Save your money...

As far as N\A modulars go.
Take off the silencer and drop in a K&N.

If you're dead set on a cold-air kit for a modular, the Rousch set up works well, but is pricey...
