this is what i found on the tsad. with the throttle wide open, the wot a/c cutout relay opens. It signals the tsad to remove power to the wot cutout relay, cutting off power to the a/c field coil. Also the tsad operates the accessories at half speed to decrease engine load. When the tsad returns from half to full speed operation, a/c is momentarily cut out. and then turned on a few seconds later. and this make no sense to me.
