I can't help but echo the above comments. A car from that part of the country that has visible rust is beyond a doubt going to be a MAJOR reclamation project. You are going to put an inordinate amount of sweat equity into it and in the end you are going to have a 6 cylinder Mustang. You will not be satisfied with the performance and it will have limited resale value. I suggest you pass on it. E.
