I agree with 83 right up until the last sentence. I have 4.30's in mine, 5 speed Tremec. I think the OD in the 5 speeds let's you get away with more gear. I ran 4.10's in her for 2 years, and had absolutely NO issues on the freeway.
Click on the "analyzer" button in here, there's an awesome calculator for figuring out engine speed/car speed/rear gears. You'll be surprised how steep of a gear you can get away with. Don't Fear The Gear!
