this is really baffling me ??? The MPH baffles me even more than the ET
1. I think the cam needs some advance 2. The stall speed is killin you ... you said in another post I believe that actual stall you were getting was more like 2200 ??? 3. the hard starting when you go over 10 degrees initial baffles me
Feed me some info ... give me the exact model # of the pistons you're using. What is your deck clearance ... what cc's are the chambers in your heads (stock is 64 i think in that head ?) What rod length, stock ?
I wish you could make a pass open headers just to see, because I think you have a major mismatch in the works someplace, but it's odd how your ET's and MPH's are all over the place ... ie: your ET comes back down but your MPH hangs half way ???
For some reason my feeble brain is putting the cross hairs on your heads ... when you changed the intake, did you look to see how the old intake lined up with your intake ports ??
I ran your combo through dyno 2000 for kicks, I know it isn't exact by any means, but it will give you some good reference points if you're careful with inputs. I'll come back and post the results after i have run a few different changes

This is helping me by the way because your combo is so similar to what i'm putting together ... it has already caused me to toss my original stall speed idea in the trash ... wayyy off lol

Well at least in desktop dyno your cam seems to want 4 degrees of retard, and for sure wants the headers open ????

still baffled
