![]() Thanks,
I'll change my existing wires out for a larger gauge. The connector I used for the fan motor is a 3-wire plug that came from the actual wiring harness of the taurus, I think that the 3-wires are 10 gauge or thicker. The existing wires for my toggle switch are noticably smaller, maybe 12 or 14 gauge. I will change them out so the everything is the same gauge. Thanks for your help.

![]() That relay is not large enough. You need a 75 amp relay.
I have a taurus fan and bought a boush 75amp relay.

![]() You can get the relay from here: www.bpg-inc.com
The part number is: 0 332 002 156 Here is the website that I used to wire my fan up. I don't have the fan controller though. Hope this helps: http://www.fordmuscle.com/archives/2...an/index.shtml These taurus fan draw a lot of current at initial start up which is why a big relay and upgraded alternator is recommended.

![]() Here is some help to guide you through that BPG website because it's a little confusing.
Enter the website from the indroduction page, then click on "products" at the top of the page, then click the "bosh" link(3rd one down) and then click on "power relays" under the products. You will find the part number listed on the left hand side.
