Default Re: Temp Sensor on a Explorer lower intake?

You can drill/tap the #5 runner for the sensor (which you SHOULD keep) or you can solder wire extensions to the wires and move it to the air tube in front of the throttle body. 9/16" drill and 3/8" NPT tap for the sensor.
