![]() what does the egr look like, that is, when you take the sensor off (the giant vacuum looking thing) is it all black, sooty, or gummed up?
try bypassing it by taking the sensor off and depressing the long plunger and zip-tying it closed. keep us posted... also, have you swapped the intake bypass valve (that shiny cylinder on the front of your throttle body)?
