What 60' time should I be shooting for?

I was just dumping he clutch and bringing up the rpms. I didn't know any better.

My first run was with the timing at 12 then a guy dropped it down to 10 to see what it would do. I was going to bring it up to 14 after but could not find the guy with the timeing gun.

If my first run was a 14.5 what do you think I could get if I knew how to drive it?
