Unless you have a crack or hole in the pan you should be able to fix it. First remove the pan. Lay the edge on a flat solid surface. Flaten all the bolt hole areas with a hammer. If the pan has been over tightened they get bent and leak. You can also put some silicone on ea. bolt. The pan may not be what is leaking. Fluid might be running down from above and makes it look like the pan is leaking. Look at where the linkage goes thru the trans case. There are lever seals on the bellcrank that always leak. Check the trans cooling line fittings. If you need to clean the are to see better, get some carb or brake clearer and spray the area clean. Drive the car and then look to see what's wet.
