The EVP is the Egr Valve Position sensor. It is standard practice to replace the EGR and the EVP at the same time, and unless you're broke, it's a good idea.
HiFlow50 has a very good point concerning the IAB code 411. Try replacing the EGR & EVP first, and then clear and retest for codes, both KOEO & KOER (the 411 test is not performed during KOEO). If there's no code 411, you're done. If it does come back, replace the IAB.
